Dr. Khalfan Al Mazrouei
Executive Developer, International Coach (ACC – ICF)
Dr. Khalfan Al Mazrouei holds a Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Services Development. He is the Co-Founder of Ta’theer for Development and Public Services and serves as a Business Development Consultant at Al Bawwabah Al Ilajiya for Pharmaceutical Consultancy.
He is an internationally certified and licensed coach (ACC) by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), with over two decades of experience in coaching, training, and organizational development. Throughout his career, he has worked with individuals and institutions across a wide range of sectors and leadership levels, utilizing modern, adaptable, and sustainable methodologies to enhance productivity, strengthen employee engagement, and foster a positive organizational culture.
Dr. Al Mazrouei has played a vital role in training more than 100 national talents in collaboration with the Ministry of Labor through the Tamkeen Sahem program. He also contributed to the Nuzdaher initiative — a project aimed at developing project management skills through artificial intelligence, as part of the Oman Vision 2040.
He served as a Board Member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), Oman Chapter, from 2021 to 2024. Since 2001, he has remained committed to empowering and inspiring individuals through workshops, lectures, and both national and international conferences.

Mr. Ahmed Sabry
Strategic Structuring Consultant & High-Performance Organizations Architect
Mr. Ahmed Sabry brings extensive expertise in strategic planning, business, economic, and financial model design, and the development of high-performance institutions. He has worked as a strategic advisor for a wide range of organizations, having supported and qualified over 50 entities across the five major sectors: governmental, private, nonprofit, international, and standards-setting bodies.
He previously served as Director of Budgeting and Planning at Haif Al-Qahtani Company, Strategic Planning & Training Consultant at the Labor Market Studies Center, and was a Board Member of the Egyptian Association for Development and Advancement.
Mr. Sabry has led and contributed to several high-impact consulting projects in Saudi Arabia, including:
- A national field survey on food loss and waste (General Grains Organization – Imam Muhammad bin Saud University)
- Restructuring the Saudi Credit and Savings Bank
- Developing a performance evaluation system for ZAD Group
- Strategic integration for STC offices
- Executive development for power generation sector managers at the Saudi Electricity Company
- Strategic path design for Al Zamil Group
- Strategic planning for the Islam website (Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah and Guidance)
He has also played a foundational role in launching leading ventures such as Qeymah Holding (Qeymah Innovation Lab) and Paradigm (specializing in recruitment, consulting, education, and training).

Eng. Mosab Fathy brings over 15 years of experience in business development, training, and coaching. He is a certified Associate Coach (ACC) by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and a licensed coach in Canadian Self-Building Systems (BSS – Vancouver, Canada). He is also a certified IMAS Training Package Consultant, accredited by the Canadian Global Center (CGC).
With a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Technology Engineering, Mosab is known for his structured, results-oriented approach — leveraging detailed planning, tailored tools, and smart execution methodologies to drive projects toward their natural level of success.
He holds several key roles and entrepreneurial ventures, including:
- Investor in the Kingdom of Bahrain and Founder of Mix Solutions for Business Services.
- Co-Founder of Know-how, a company specializing in business model design and implementation.

She is highly skilled in crafting corporate messaging, managing digital communication and brand identity, and organizing professional events and media relations that strengthen the company’s public image.

Basma plays a vital role in monitoring the execution of plans and programs at Impact. She ensures precise performance tracking and adherence to defined timelines and execution standards.
Her practical expertise includes preparing performance reports, analyzing operational data, and maintaining coordination across departments to ensure agile responses to any workflow adjustments.
