1. Program Fees

  • Fees for training, coaching, and consulting programs are clearly stated prior to registration or engagement.
  • Full payment is required in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Refund Eligibility

Training Programs: Cancellations made at least 7 days before the start date are eligible for a full refund. After that, refunds are not guaranteed and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Consulting Services: Due to the customized nature of our services, refunds are not available once work has commenced.

Digital Products/Downloads: Non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
